Maintenance Helper

Aramark is seeking a dependable Maintenance Helper to support facilities operations in our accommodation and food service environments. In this role, you'll assist technicians with routine repairs, basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC tasks, perform preventive maintenance, and complete work orders promptly. You will help inspect equipment, keep mechanical and service areas clean and safe, and report issues before they become problems.

Working as part of a collaborative team, you'll follow safety and sanitation standards, use hand and power tools, and support a clean, comfortable environment for guests, clients, and staff while learning new skills and growing your career.

Responsibilities

• Assist maintenance technicians with basic repairs and upkeep of building systems and equipment
• Perform routine preventive maintenance tasks and complete assigned work orders
• Support minor plumbing, electrical, and HVAC tasks under supervision
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance shops and mechanical areas
• Inspect equipment and facilities, reporting issues or safety hazards promptly
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely and correctly
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and company policies and procedures
• Collaborate with facilities and operations teams to support daily service needs
