Performs emergency and preventive maintenance of electrical distribution, mechanical, HVAC, power generation, plumbing, pneumatic tube system, medical gas systems, and building structures.;
Coordinates with outside contractors and other Engineering department personnel for efficient completion of assignments.;
Maintains compliance with OSHA safety standards and regulatory requirements; maintains records for state, federal, and Joint Commission regulations.;
Coordinates, conducts, and documents fire and life safety measures throughout the facility in conjunction with Safety and Security departments.;
Trains other engineers in specific skills and conducts in-services as required.
