Lead and participate in painting projects for industrial and commercial clients on both new construction and existing buildings;
Perform interior wall painting as the primary focus, with additional exterior painting as required;
Use brushes, rollers, and spray guns to apply various paint coatings to industrial and commercial facilities;
Operate and maintain HPLV airless sprayers on large industrial projects, ensuring proper setup, use, and cleaning;
Carry out surface preparation activities, including cleaning, sanding, masking, patching, and priming surfaces prior to painting
