The salary range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00 Per Hour.
Position SummaryWe are seeking a Maintenance Associate to join our team. The Maintenance Associate is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of all associated processing equipment, HVAC, and infrastructure equipment. Ensures that all production machinery is functioning, operating parameters are being met, and that any downtime is kept to an absolute minimum. Promotes safe working conditions through equipment maintenance and ensures proper safety practices are being adhered to.
Complies with established policies and procedures.
Weekend Shift
– Shift: Friday–Monday weekend shift (4×8 hrs, 32 hrs worked, 40 hrs paid).
Friday‑Monday: 7:30 AM - 4 PM, Sat‑Sun: 6 AM - 2:30 PM.
- Perform as a team member of Facilities in order to maintain the infrastructure, processing equipment, grounds, and chemical and wastewater management.
- Responsible for complying with safety, EPA and OSHA standards as required by law and company policy.
- Participates in job related training for all maintenance employees.
- Provides input and technical expertise to resolve maintenance issues.
- Perform both routine and preventive maintenance work.
- Address emergency and non‑routine issues in a safe and timely manner.
- Must participate in shop training and compliance with posted work schedules.
- Ensure proper maintenance troubleshooting and repairs are strictly adhered to and not compromised.
- Performs workload in the maintenance department.
- Follows established instruction by Maintenance Lead.
- Check equipment is in proper order and monitor the PM schedule.
- Troubleshoot past procedures; create procedures to eliminate future downtime of equipment.
- Ensure a clean and safe work area.
- Ability to work independently and in a self‑disciplined manner to complete assignments in a timely manner.
- Strong work ethic.
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical and plumbing.
- Ability to relate to and work well with people.

- Strong manual dexterity techniques.
- Disciplined in following procedures, recording measurements, documenting travelers, process logs, recorder charts and other information.
