Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of common areas including bathrooms, function rooms, stairways, hallways, the parking lot, sidewalks, windows, carpets, floors and all other public areas;
Clean assigned common areas of the community in accordance with guidelines established by the Director of Housekeeping;
Assist the Director of Housekeeping when and where needed;
Perform special cleaning projects and snow removal as necessary;
Provide friendly, courteous, and professional service to residents, families, guests, and team members
