Facility Maintenance

Position Title:

Facility Maintenance Wage: $19.00 $ 20.00/hr shift: 1st

Hours:

07:00 am - 03:30 pm M-F

West Bend, WI

• Assisting with organizing, maintaining, and managing Campus Care equipment, supplies, and materials throughout school and church facilities
• Performing routine custodial duties in church and school buildings
• Cleaning and maintaining classrooms, offices, restrooms, common areas, and other facilities to standards
• Assisting with room setup and cleaning for meetings, events, and activities
• Inspecting building systems, equipment, and controls to ensure proper operation; performing preventative maintenance and completing minor repairs and maintenance tasks to equipment or facilities as scheduled or as needed
• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections; reporting any concerns, safety hazards, or repair needs
• Maintaining grounds, including outdoor areas, walkways, and entrances; supporting seasonal facility needs and landscaping assistance
• Responding quickly to work orders, special requests, and facility-related needs
• Communicating regularly with director and other members regarding project status, maintenance concerns, and operational needs

• Prior custodial, facilities maintenance, building maintenance, or groundskeeping experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of maintenance equipment, tools, and machinery; willingness to learn
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities
• Attention to safety and quality
• Ability to lift, carry, and move 40+ pounds regularly and perform physical work, including climbing ladders
• Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments
