Facility Maintenance

Facility Maintenance Wage: $19.00 - $20.00/hour

7:00am - 3:30pm (Monday - Friday)

QPS Employment Group has a great opportunity available for a Facility Maintenance position at a company in West Bend, WI. This is a direct hire position for 1st shift, apply today!

Facility Maintenance Responsibilities:

- Assisting with organizing, maintaining, and managing Campus Care equipment, supplies, and materials throughout school and church facilities
- Performing routine custodial duties in church and school buildings
- Cleaning and maintaining classrooms, offices, restrooms, common areas, and other facilities to standards
- Assisting with room setup and cleaning for meetings, events, and activities
- Inspecting building systems, equipment, and controls to ensure proper operation; performing preventative maintenance and completing minor repairs and maintenance tasks to equipment or facilities as scheduled or as needed
- Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections; reporting any concerns, safety hazards, or repair needs
- Maintaining grounds, including outdoor areas, walkways, and entrances; supporting seasonal facility needs and landscaping assistance
- Responding quickly to work orders, special requests, and facility-related needs
- Communicating regularly with director and other members regarding project status, maintenance concerns, and operational needs

Requirements for Facility Maintenance:

- Prior custodial, facilities maintenance, building maintenance, or groundskeeping experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of maintenance equipment, tools, and machinery; willingness to learn
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Attention to safety and quality
- Ability to lift, carry, and move 40+ pounds regularly and perform physical work, including climbing ladders
