Maintenance Manager

ALPLA Inc. seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead all maintenance activities in our plastic packaging manufacturing facility. You will oversee a team of technicians, manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and ensure equipment uptime for high-speed production lines. Responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, coordinating projects, managing spare parts and vendors, and enforcing strict safety and quality standards. You will drive continuous improvement, support sustainability goals, and collaborate closely with production and engineering in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance technicians in a 24/7 manufacturing environment
• Develop, implement, and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and automation issues on production equipment
• Plan, schedule, and prioritize maintenance work orders using CMMS tools
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
• Manage spare parts inventory, vendors, and maintenance-related contracts
• Support installation, commissioning, and upgrades of equipment and utilities
• Analyze downtime data and drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement projects
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and EHS to maximize equipment reliability and OEEManage maintenance budgets and contribute to long-term asset management planning
