We are looking for a career oriented
Maintenance Technician to join our team at Lakota Lake Apartments in West Chester, OH. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for getting apartments ready in between residents, on-site maintenance calls, and preventative maintenance.
What We Offer :
• $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
• PLUS Quarterly bonus up to $750.00
• $100.00 a week additional pay when on call if you get called out or not!

What We Need from you:
• Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
• Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
• Snow removal (when applicable)
• Pool maintenance (where applicable)
• Valid Driver's License
• On-call rotation
