You will lead maintenance to maximize efficiency and reliability across facilities, lines, and equipment, including preventive maintenance and rapid response to mechanical, electrical, and robotic systems.
You will own the maintenance budget, develop a high-performing team, uphold HACCP and GMP standards, and collaborate with R&D/engineering on future capacity
