Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a Maintenance Manager to organize and execute comprehensive maintenance across the community. You will establish preventive schedules for HVAC, safety equipment, and more, while leading repairs and asset preservation.
The role requires strong knowledge of building systems, at least 2 years in property maintenance, and the ability to operate the Yardi system. On-call duties and vehicle maintenance are also part of the job.
