We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations across a 446-unit portfolio. This role oversees 3 Maintenance Technicians
, ensures work orders are completed efficiently and to SNS standards, and supports the team with coaching, troubleshooting, and complex repairs.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can develop people, solve problems, and take ownership of maintenance performance.

Review work orders daily for priorities, completion times, documentation, and quality

Assign and balance workloads across the portfolio

Support complex plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance repairs

Train technicians to strengthen troubleshooting skills and independence

Monitor work quality and reduce repeat repairs and callbacks

Ensure preventative maintenance expectations are completed
