Prioritize and complete all maintenance tasks timely;
Address maintenance issues promptly, notifying the Director when outside services are needed;
Ensure all apartments are move-in-ready within 3 days after move-out;
Manage the Preventive Maintenance Work Schedule to ensure items are completed timely
