As an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll be part of the backbone of our maintenance operations, ensuring our properties remain in top condition. You’ll assist with a variety of tasks, from repairs to preventive maintenance, and help provide a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.

• Maintain and Repair Systems
  :
  Work on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems to keep everything running smoothly.
• Prepare Units
  :
  Get vacant apartments ready for new residents with maintenance and repairs.
• Keep Things Clean
  :
  Maintain grounds, landscaping, and ensure snow removal is handled during winter.
• Support Preventive Maintenance
  :
  Perform regular inspections and document maintenance tasks.
• Emergency Support
  :
  Be available for after-hours resident issues when needed.
• Assist in Scheduling, Ordering, and Unit Walks
  :
  Working with the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure administrative needs are met.
• On-Call Rotationally
  :
  The team will take turns to manage emergency work orders. Snow removal is completed by the entire team.

• Mechanically Skilled
  :
  You know how to troubleshoot and repair various systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
• Detail-Oriented
  :
  You take pride in making sure everything is in top shape.

• Team Player

• General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and drywall.
• Previous maintenance or related experience.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 75 lbs and other manual work.
• EPA Type 2 Certification is a plus but not required.
