What You'll Do:
As an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor, you'll be part of the backbone of our maintenance operations, ensuring our properties remain in top condition. You'll assist with a variety of tasks, from repairs to preventive maintenance, and help provide a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
- Maintain and Repair Systems:
Work on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems to keep everything running smoothly. - Prepare Units:
Get vacant apartments ready for new residents with maintenance and repairs. - Keep Things Clean:
Maintain grounds, landscaping, and ensure snow removal is handled during winter. - Support Preventive Maintenance:
Perform regular inspections and document maintenance tasks. - Emergency Support:
Be available for after-hours resident issues when needed. - Assist in Scheduling, Ordering, and Unit Walks:
Being an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor means working with the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure that all administrative needs are met as well. - On-Call Rotationally:
The team will take turns to manage emergency work orders. Snow removal is completed by the entire team.

- Mechanically Skilled:
You know how to troubleshoot and repair various systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical). - Detail-Oriented:
You take pride in making sure everything is in top shape. - Problem Solver:

You enjoy working alongside others in a supportive, family-oriented environment.
Qualifications:
- General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and drywall.
- Previous maintenance or related experience.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 75 lbs and other manual work.
- EPA Type 2 Certification is a plus but not required.

Pay is based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, location, experience, education, and the overall compensation package.
Position Pay Range
$22 - $25 USD
