Newbury Living seeks a Traveling Maintenance Specialist to support communities across the Des Moines metro. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain systems across properties, traveling to multiple locations as needed.
The role requires 5+ years of apartment or multi-family maintenance experience and strong skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, painting, and general repairs. You will lead preventative maintenance and mentor on-site teams in a dynamic environment.
