Vacuums, dusts, mops (damp and wet) all areas daily and as needed; steam clean or shampoo and extract carpets on a regular and as needed basis per manufacture recommendations.;
Cleans and disinfects areas by washing furnishings, tile, fixtures and equipment with germicidal cleaning solutions; polishes sinks, tubs, drinking fountains, toilets, mirrors and similar apparatus; spot wash walls, light switches and telephones; wash or clean windows and doors; keep all debris in area picked up.;
Maintains supply inventory for designated areas, prepares supply requests and consumption or usage reports as directed.;
Keeps informed of safety procedures such as OSHA laws, safety equipment, MSDS sheets, ladder safety, etc.; monitors and reports safety related problems.;
Collects and removes trash inside and outside of work area; keeps trash containers properly lined and cleaned.
