** What You'll Do:*
* + Handle basic repairs like fixing doors, lights, and plumbing.

+ Help keep heating, cooling, and other building systems running smoothly.

+ Respond to maintenance requests from staff and residents.

+ Support room setups and furniture moves.

+ Work with outside vendors when needed.

** What You'll Need:*
* + High school diploma or GED.

+ Some experience with building maintenance or repairs (2+ years preferred).

+ Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.

+ Ability to lift, climb, and work in different conditions.
