Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 PM–10:00 PM
Hours: 20 hours per week
Job Description: Seeking an experienced On-Site Cleaning Supervisor to oversee evening cleaning operations at a West Hempstead location. This is a working supervisor position
, meaning the supervisor will perform general cleaning duties while also directing and monitoring the work of the cleaning staff.
Responsibilities include assigning and overseeing cleaning tasks, ensuring work meets established standards, addressing on-site issues, monitoring supplies, and performing general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, restroom cleaning, trash removal, and sanitizing common areas.
Previous cleaning, custodial, facilities, or related supervisory experience is required. Candidates must be dependable, organized, able to lead a team, and willing to work alongside staff to complete cleaning responsibilities.
