Greenwood Hospitality Group - - Responsibilities:
Maintain the overall operation of the hotel maintenance department and the appearance and working order of the hotel;
Administer the maintenance and life safety programs including purchasing, preventive maintenance, and supervision;
Ensure proper operations of hotel equipment and systems (life safety, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.);
Communicate with Assistant General Manager/General Manager regarding building condition;
Supervise external contractors performing maintenance work
