Prepare, patch, sand, prime, and paint walls, ceilings, doors, trim, and other surfaces throughout the facility;
Repair drywall, plaster, and minor wall damage before painting;
Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to help maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents, visitors, and staff;
Inspect facility areas for cosmetic and maintenance needs and complete work orders in a timely manner;
Maintain painting equipment, tools, and supplies while ensuring proper storage and cleanup
