Cusdial Lead
This position reports to the Intermediate School Principal and Director of Maintenance & Facilities. Pay type is hourly, non-exempt, classified, supervisory. Pay rate starts at $21.50 per hour, with potential for increases based on experience. Eligible for benefits. Schedule is full-time, year-round position; 8-hour workday; 260 working days per year; 10:00 am to 6:30 pm daily.
Duties and responsibilities include leadership & team coordination, maintenance & facility oversight, and customer service & communication.
Job specifications require a high school diploma or GED equivalent, previous custodial experience, and supervisory experience preferred. Knowledge of general cleaning procedures and safety standards is required.
Working conditions include indoor and outdoor work in a school environment, standing, walking, sitting, lifting, tight maneuvering, climbing, and other physical exertion. Frequently exposed to pollen, dust, chemicals, and fumes.
