Seeking a part-time Cleaner-Housekeeper for an apartment community in West Lafayette, IN. This is an exciting opportunity with a company that values our teammates and company culture.
SummaryThe Cleaner-Housekeeper reports to the Property Manager and is responsible for the daily cleaning/upkeep of the property's amenities, common areas, leasing office, model, etc., and the overall cleanliness of full vacant and partial vacant apartments. Responsibilities include performing the cleanliness portion of the make‑ready process throughout the year, and during turn season as directed by the Property Manager, responding according to company policy to cleaning assignments, and maintaining excellent resident relations through superior customer service.
On‑call and weekend hours may be required.
- Maintains positive resident relations through superior service.
- Responsible for general cleaning and trash removal of grounds and residential areas, including make‑ready apartments and common areas.
- Responsible for cleaning and preparing full vacant and partial vacant apartments for move‑ins.
- Responsible for cleaning and daily upkeep of the property's offices, amenities, etc.
- Assists with the make‑ready process.
- Identifies apartments in violation of the property's trash/cleanliness expectations, and promptly reports deficiencies to the Property Manager in accordance with the property's policy.
- Performs other turn related duties as assigned.
- Promptly reports any safety or maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Participates in the daily operations of the property.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Hourly Wage: $16
Requirements Education & ExperienceHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Knowledge, Skills, and Other Abilities- Ability to follow instructions from supervisors or senior maintenance team members.
- Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Professional, responsive, and reliable.
- Has good interpersonal skills and a great attitude.
- Thorough knowledge of company policies, safety standards, Fair Housing laws, and OSHA guidelines.
