Responsibilities- The Maintenance Technician will perform assigned maintenance functions and duties in both a proficient and efficient manner while representing the organization with humility, integrity and accountability.
- Successfully complete assigned work orders in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner. Proactively identify and communicate potential property maintenance issues to respective Granite management for follow-up and corrective action.

- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Drywall repair and replacement
- Woodworking
- Sheet metal
- Operation of heavy machinery
- Demolition and remodeling
- Report to and consult closely with Maintenance Manager
- Maintain assigned company-owned vehicle in a safe and clean working order
- Capacity to work overtime during periods of high-volume activity
- All other duties, as assigned
- Dependable and trustworthy
- Flexible and adaptable
- Teachable with a desire to improve skills and knowledge base
- Proficient in craft
- Medical insurance and ancillary CAFE plans (dental, vision, voluntary life, short-term disability) after 60 days of employment.
