Surge Staffing is seeking a reliable Sanitation Team Lead for the 1st shift to oversee a small team in our West Memphis facility. You will support daily sanitation operations, lead 4–6 teammates, and ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met during a 6:00 AM start on a 4‑day, 10‑hour schedule.
The ideal candidate has prior leadership in sanitation or related fields, strong communication, and the ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced environment. Salary is $20.50 per hour.
