Maintenance Helper Requirements:
Previous apartment maintenance, make-ready, handyman, or property maintenance experience preferred. Basic carpentry and general repair skills. Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools. Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical work throughout the day.

Maintenance Helper
Job Duties:
Assist with apartment maintenance and residential property repairs. Perform basic carpentry, make-ready, and handyman tasks. Repair doors, cabinets, trim, hardware, locks, and hinges. Complete routine property inspections and identify maintenance needs. Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas. Work alongside the lead maintenance technician to complete daily assignments.
