Mon - Wed (9am - 3pm) and Sunday (9am - 2pm); up to 20 - 29 hours per week.
Hourly rate: $17.75 p/h (Part Time)
Key Responsibilities- Cleans and maintains the buildings and grounds to ensure neatness and cleanliness daily.
- Clears and sanitizes bathrooms; cleans sinks and toilets, polishes mirrors, and replenishes supplies.
- Sweeps, vacuums, mops, buffs, and waxes floors; sweeps sidewalks.
- Strips and waxes floors as needed.
- Cleans windows; dusts and polishes furniture and fixtures; cleans dining area.
- Empties trash cans regularly; collects trash from grounds.
- Ensures property inside and outside the Center of Hope building are in a safe and good working order.
- Maintains an updated inventory of equipment and appliances for the Center of Hope.
- Oversees and schedules quarterly vent cleaning in all rooms.
- Assists in setting up meeting rooms; sets up tables and chairs; puts ice in glasses and sets out drinks.
- Assists in monitoring light fixtures to ensure all light bulbs are in working order; replaces light bulbs as necessary.
- Ability to meet attendance requirements.
- Ability to read, write and communicate in the English language.
- Ability to exert the physical energy required to perform housekeeping and minor maintenance work.
- Ability to perform continuous walking, stooping, standing, and climbing.

Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Six months experience performing general housekeeping duties, or any equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Valid State Driver's License.
