TDG Facilities, LLC is seeking a Facilities Cleaning Technician / Custodian to support a corporate customer located in the West Palm Beach, FL area. Ideal candidates will be highly dependable, committed to being on site daily to support general facility operations, able to provide cleaning services to the highest standard with a qualified and skilled team. Qualified candidates will have commercial cleaning experience and reliable transportation within the West Palm Beach area.

Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 5am to 1pm

• Work with site-based personnel to ensure daily cleaning tasks are performed
• Maintain and use janitorial equipment safely and properly
• Clean and sanitize restrooms
• Dust and clean hard surfaces
• Vacuum, sweep, mop floors – including stairs, hallways, and commons areas
• Clean and vacuum carpets
• Empty all trash receptacles, replace liners, and place in dumpster
• Wipe down doors and clean glass if applicable
• Periodic deep cleaning and special projects
• Restock supplies
• Ability to strip and wax floor is a plus
• Other tasks as assigned

• Bi‑lingual / Spanish speaking a plus
• Ability to self-manage and perform essential duties daily
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Commitment to completing work daily to support customer operations
• Must be able to pass background checks, drug screening
• Due to the security requirements of this position, U.S. citizenship is required
