Mitigation Laborer

Responsibilities

• Assess, document, and communicate the necessary plan to get a house back to a clean, safe, and dry environment.
• Wear personal protective equipment.
• Remove clean or dirty water and materials from the home.
• Carry and set up equipment.
• Demolish damaged parts of the house.
• Clean the house when finished.
• Other duties may be assigned.

• Humility evident in a desire to be teachable and serve others, no matter the cost.
• Able to provide excellent customer service to our clients.

• Hourly compensation, starting at $16-$18 per hour, plus overtime opportunities.
• Overtime: time and a half at 40 hours.
