JobPurpose
The Facilities Tech Lead is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and overall functionality of the venue and its equipment. This role ensures the facility remains safe, clean, and operational by coordinating preventative maintenance programs, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting day‑to‑day facility operations. The Facilities Lead partners with venue leadership to maintain company standards, improve operational efficiency, and support a positive team environment.
Responsibilities- Oversee the daily maintenance and repair needs of the facility, including building systems, equipment, and grounds.
- Perform and coordinate preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, gaming, and golf-related equipment.
- Monitor the condition of facility assets and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed.
- Maintain maintenance schedules, service records, and work order documentation.
- Support venue leadership in maintaining a safe, clean, and well‑functioning environment for guests and team members.
- Train, coach, and provide guidance to facilities team members on maintenance procedures and safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local, state, and federal requirements.
- Assist with vendor coordination and oversight of contracted maintenance services.
- Support capital improvement projects and facility upgrades as directed.
- Respond to facility emergencies and urgent repair needs in a timely manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- 5+ years of facilities, maintenance, or building operations experience, preferably in hospitality, entertainment, golf, or a related environment.
- Strong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems.
- Ability to diagnose problems, prioritize repairs, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience leading, training, or supervising maintenance team members preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with venue leadership and support teams.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and maintenance tracking systems preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- May be required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
- Exposure to mechanical equipment, electrical systems, cleaning chemicals, and maintenance tools.
- Must be able to respond to urgent maintenance situations and facility emergencies as needed.
