The Mold Remediation Technician plays a critical role in restoring residential and commercial properties affected by mold. Reporting to a project manager, this position involves frequent regional travel and requires hands‑on expertise in containment, cleaning, and reconstruction processes to ensure safe and effective mold removal. This role offers growth opportunities to senior technician positions and potential advancement into project management.

Responsibilities

• Set up containment areas to prevent cross‑contamination
• Clean affected surfaces thoroughly as part of mold removal
• Apply antimicrobial agents to inhibit mold regrowth
• Measure moisture levels to ensure affected areas are dry
• Remove debris resulting from remediation activities
• Rebuild drywall and perform minor repairs post‑cleanup

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in mold remediation

Qualifications
