This is a part-time, on-site Cleaning Specialist role based in West Palm Beach, FL. The Cleaning Specialist will perform routine commercial cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, emptying trash, and sanitizing restrooms, break rooms, and high-touch surfaces. Responsibilities include cleaning windows and glass, spot-cleaning carpets and upholstery, and maintaining common areas to a professional standard. The role involves following checklists and safety protocols, using cleaning products and equipment correctly, and reporting maintenance or safety issues as needed.
The Cleaning Specialist will work independently or as part of a small team, ensuring that each client space meets company quality standards and scheduled deadlines.
- Proficiency in commercial cleaning tasks, including routine office and facility cleaning.
- Experience with window cleaning and glass surface care.
- Knowledge of basic home or house cleaning methods that support detailed, high-standard work.
- Ability to perform carpet care, including vacuuming and spot-cleaning.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and time management skills.
- Ability to lift and move cleaning equipment and supplies as required for the role.
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines, use personal protective equipment, and adhere to company procedures.
- Previous professional cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
