Mitigation Laborer

Job Overview

As a Mitigation Laborer you will provide water, fire, and mold cleanup services to people who have suffered property damage and value an excellent service experience.

• Assess, document, and communicate the necessary plan to get a house back to a clean, safe, and dry environment
• Wear personal protective equipment
• Remove clean or dirty water and materials from the home
• Carry and set up equipment
• Demolish damaged parts of the house
• Clean the house when finished
• Other duties may be assigned

• Able to provide excellent customer service to our clients

• Hourly compensation: $16‑18 per hour
• Overtime: 1.5x the hourly rate for hours worked over 40 per week
• Merit‑based pay increases at annual reviews
