Groundskeeper

About the Role

Our Groundskeepers are essential team members who maintain the overall curb appeal of our apartment communities. This role ensures a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents while providing excellent customer service.

• Property Maintenance
  : perform daily property walks, maintain curb appeal, remove trash and debris, and assist with seasonal needs such as snow removal and leaf clearance.
• Operations
  : maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and ensure proper use and storage of tools and vehicles.
• Customer Service
  : respond to resident needs promptly and professionally, and communicate work status and potential issues to the Service Manager.
• Safety & Compliance
  : follow OSHA and company safety standards, and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of previous experience as a Groundskeeper or similar function preferred.
• Ability to speak and understand English.
• General computer knowledge.
• Knowledge of and ability to use grounds tools and equipment.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and some holidays.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Estimated hourly rate: $18.00 - $23.00 (non‑exempt). Potential offers may vary based on skills, education, and experience.
