Fairfield Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to help ensure smooth operation of our residential community. You will perform daily repairs in electrical, plumbing, and appliances, address service requests promptly, and prepare vacant units for new residents using our Make Ready Checklist.
You will also maintain exterior areas, inspect safety of buildings and grounds, and coordinate with vendors while upholding Fairfield policies.
