The Dermot Company is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for our Ryder Place property in Wellington, FL. Reporting to the General Manager, you will work with the property team to uphold Dermot’s standards and provide a safe living environment.
The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with emergency on-call responsibilities as required. Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, completing repairs, and maintaining inventories and documentation.
