You lead a team of technicians, own major project execution across multiple sites, build the training frameworks that raise our maintenance standards organization-wide, and ensure uptime is never an afterthought. WhatYou’ll Own
- Lead and develop your team
- Coach, mentor, and grow a team of Maintenance Technicians — building their skills, not just completing work through them. - Own major projects
- Lead maintenance for rebrands, acquisitions, and new builds from start to finish — coordinating vendors, managing budgets, and delivering quality execution on time. - Build the training
- Create and deliver preventive maintenance training for Managers on Duty. If the content doesn't exist yet, you build it from scratch. - Solve the complex problems
- Troubleshoot and repair advanced electrical, MCC, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems — the ones that stump others. - Ensure compliance
- Maintain vendor relationships, oversee project budgets, and ensure all work meets safety, regulatory, and EL brand standards. - Support cross‑regional needs
- Travel 10–20% across regions to support sites, projects, and your team where they need you most. - Connect the work to the outcome
- Help your team understand why uptime matters for the customer experience — you lead with context, not just tasks.
- Job Knowledge & Technical Proficiency — Maintains strong operational knowledge and ensures the team is trained on procedures and systems.
- Problem‑Solving — Resolves operational issues, supports team problem solving, and escalates when needed.

- Drives Results — Delivers site performance goals, manages daily execution, and holds team members accountable.
- Safety & Compliance — Ensures safety standards are followed, corrects unsafe behaviors, and promotes a safe work culture.
- Customer-Centric Approach — Sets service expectations, coaches team members on customer interactions, and addresses service issues quickly.

- 5+ years of maintenance experience with advanced electrical and MCC expertise
- 2+ years in a leadership role — you've developed other technicians before and can show the results
- Experienced with large‑scale projects: rebrands, acquisitions, or new builds — start to finish
- Strong project management skills — you coordinate vendors, budgets, and timelines without losing the thread
- Can create and deliver preventive maintenance training for site‑level managers — from scratch if needed
- Experience with HVAC, plumbing, and multi‑system troubleshooting
- Familiarity with safety compliance and OSHA standards
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Willing to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and on‑call emergencies
- Able to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs (occasionally 75 lbs); comfortable in confined spaces and variable weather
