Vista Host Inc. is seeking a dependable Maintenance Support team member to help keep our hotel facilities safe, comfortable, and operating smoothly. This is a full-time and part-time role with shift-based scheduling, supporting day-to-day maintenance needs and assisting the maintenance team to uphold high hospitality standards.

The Maintenance Support role assists with routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative upkeep across the property. You will respond to maintenance requests, perform basic repairs and inspections as assigned, support housekeeping and guest services when issues arise, and help ensure the hotel remains clean, functional, and well maintained.

• Assist with minor repairs and maintenance tasks (as assigned), including plumbing, electrical support items, painting touch-ups, door/fixture adjustments, and general upkeep

• Respond to maintenance requests and document completed work according to property procedures

• Support preventative maintenance by helping with inspections and routine checks of common areas and equipment

• Maintain tools, supplies, and work areas in a clean and organized manner

• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to address issues quickly and support guest satisfaction

• Follow safety guidelines and report hazards or concerns to the appropriate supervisor

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping facilities in great condition, enjoys hands‑on work, and works well in a fast‑paced hospitality environment. You should be reliable, detail‑oriented, and comfortable supporting multiple teams across the property.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and weekends as needed

• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort performing maintenance-related tasks

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn property standards and procedures

• Ability to lift, carry, and move supplies/equipment as needed

• Good communication skills and a guest-focused attitude
