Facilities Cleaning Technician​/Custodian

TDG Facilities, LLC is seeking a Facilities Cleaning Technician / Custodian to support our Facilities & Maintenance team. This role performs daily commercial cleaning, floor care, and restroom sanitation in client properties, ensuring safe, professional, and well-maintained environments. Responsibilities include general cleaning, trash removal, supply restocking, and supporting special projects while following safety and quality standards. Ideal candidates are dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused, with a commitment to responsive, high-quality service on every job.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning of offices, corridors, restrooms, and common areas
• Operate vacuums, floor machines, and other cleaning equipment safely
• Restock supplies and maintain clean, orderly storage areas
• Follow safety, OSHA, and company cleaning standards and procedures
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to Facilities & Maintenance leadership
• Support special projects, turnovers, and periodic deep cleaning tasks
• Collaborate with team members to meet quality and schedule expectations
• Provide professional, responsive service in occupied client spaces
