Responsibilities:

+ Process and post incoming payments accurately and efficiently

+ Monitor customer accounts for delayed payments and follow up as needed

+ Reconcile AR transactions and resolve discrepancies

+ Generate and distribute invoices and account statements

+ Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues

+ Maintain accurate records and documentation

+ Provide excellent customer service to clients regarding billing inquiries

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or related finance role

+ Strong customer service with written and verbal communication skills

+ Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

+ ERP experience required

+ Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
