Accounts Receivable And Inventory Specialist
Lisa Cole with Robert Half is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable And Inventory Specialist a great company near the West Sacramento area. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in AR, excellent communication skills, and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Process and post incoming payments accurately and efficiently
- Monitor customer accounts for delayed payments and follow up as needed
- Reconcile AR transactions and resolve discrepancies
- Generate and distribute invoices and account statements
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Provide excellent customer service to clients regarding billing inquiries
