• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

• Interpret and understand project plans and specifications.
• Gather submittal data and shop drawings from subcontractors.
• Review subcontractor submittals to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
• Prepare and submit Requests for Information (RFIs) and follow through to final acceptance.
• Utilize software such as Procore to input and track submittals and RFIs.
• Obtain and review subcontractor/vendor quotes.
• Create subcontracts for Project Manager review.
• Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Support the Project Manager and Site Superintendent in scheduling, tracking, issue management, risk management, change management, and status reporting.
• Generate project punch list and closeout documentation.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Bluebeam, and Outlook.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with project management software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a professional setting.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with vendors and team members.
