- Unofficial transcripts showing Bachelor's degree - 3 current letters of recommendation or 3 references - Copy of valid teaching credential or 30-Day Substitute Permit if you have one. If you do not have a credential or permit, Human Resources will be happy to assist you with the application. References should have full name, phone number, and email address. Potential employees are required to obtain a live scan (paid for by applicant) for the Washington Unified School District and provide a TB clearance that is dated within 60 days.
You will receive a live scan form once your application is screened and references are checked. You will be required to take the live scan form to any business that administers live scan services for completion. Live scan fees are paid for by the applicant.
