Senior Substation Project Engineer
We are seeking a Senior Substation Project Engineer to lead the engineering and design of complex electric substation projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in substation engineering, project management, and utility infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Lead engineering, design, and execution of complex substation projects.
- Perform engineering analyses, studies, and conceptual designs.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to engineering teams.
- Support project planning, contract specifications, and technical bid evaluations.
- Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Resolve complex engineering issues and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years of electrical engineering experience.
- Experience with electric substation engineering and large-scale utility projects.
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
- California Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is $94.00 per hour.
