365experience,excellenttroubleshootingandcommunicationskills,andtheabilitytoprovideprofessionalin-personandremotesupportinafast-paced environment.
Thispositionrequirestravelto Rohnert Park ,Alamedaand San Joseofficestoassistwithonsite ITsupport,equipment deployments,andinfrastructureneeds.
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices(Appleand Android), printers, and related hardware and software.
- Support and administer Microsoft
365 environments, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, One Drive, Exchange Online, and AzureAD/EntraID. - Respond to help desk tickets, phone calls, and user support requests in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network connectivity, and Virtual Private Network(VPN) issues.
- Setup, configure, and deploy computers and peripherals for new and existing employees.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including user provisioning and equipment management.
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
- Support conference room technology and audiovisual systems.
- Document technical procedures, troubleshooting steps, and support activities.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers when necessary.
- 2+ years of experience in an IT Support role.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft
365 administration and support. - Experience supporting Windows
10/11 environments. - Familiarity with networking concepts including VPNs, Wi‑Fi, Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol(TCP/IP), and printers.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong customer service and communication abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple support requests.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for occasional travel between offices.
- Knowledge of endpoint management tools such as Intune.
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
- Industry certifications such as CompTIAA+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are a plus.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, AzureAD/EntraID, and user account management.
