- Provide performance tuning, problem analysis, upgrades and system administration for Oracle databases and SAP instances, Net Weaver 2004s and ECC 6.0, BI, PI, SRM, Portal, SAP Hana.
- Perform setup and configuration of Solution Manager to monitor & administer SAP systems.
- Work with SAP via OSS & Solution Manager for technical resolution of problems, configure start, default, and instance profiles.
- Project management surrounding SAP, DB2, and other upgrades for new product installations.
- Preferred knowledge in administering a combination of SAP systems such as ECC, Solution Manager, TREX, Content Server, Portal, LVM, and Client Quality Center.
