Responsible for cooking and plating menu items to recipe specifications in a timely and consistent manner.;

Follow First In First Out (FIFO) protocols when handling and storing food products.;
Maintain an organized and sanitary kitchen work environment, including coolers, storage areas, and prep spaces.
