Salesforce ARM Technical Lead (LWC Expert) with Salesforce Apex, Salesforce Lightning
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Technical Lead for Salesforce ARM solutions.
- Own end to end technical architecture, design, and implementation decisions.
- Establish and enforce development standards, design patterns, and best practices.
- Provide technical guidance to developers and ensure solution quality.
- Design and develop high performance Lightning Web Components (LWC) for complex ARM use cases.
- Build reusable, modular UI components aligned to Salesforce UX guidelines.
- Optimize front end performance, client server communication, and Apex interactions.
- Lead modernization initiatives (Aura / Visualforce - LWC).
