Position: Store Delivery Driver (Part Time)

West Sacramento, CA, USA – Part time

This is a Delivery Driver opportunity that truly delivers on being a NAPA brand ambassador! If spending the day on the open road excites you, this role is for you. As a NAPA Delivery Driver you’ll serve our customers off‑site, potentially build a career with us, or simply earn extra income.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Deliver parts to customers with a passion for developing customer relationships.
  • Pick up parts from vendors, ensure stock room parts are accurately stocked and maintain/check inventory.
  • Consistently focus on safety while driving and delivering our parts.
  • Serve as a NAPA Brand Ambassador during deliveries.
  • Build long‑term relationships with the customers you deliver to.
  • Maintain the store delivery truck through adherence to safety checklists, ensuring the vehicle is clean and that basic maintenance is performed (e.g., correct tire pressure).
  • Perform other duties as needed.

What you’ll need:
  • Agility to bend to floor‑level shelves and reach upper shelves (up to eight feet) using a stool or ladder, and stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 60 lb of merchandise.
  • Ability to handle cash charge transactions correctly and process returns appropriately.
  • Maintain a distribution log or tracking system to record all deliveries and pickups.
  • Inspect, protect, and maintain company assets, merchandise, vehicles, building, and people.
  • Clear speaking and attentive listening skills.
  • Drive throughout the metropolitan area using maps and directions.
  • Be flexible with your schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Valid driver’s license.

This position offers hourly pay of $18.00. Many of our hourly positions have pay progression; you can reach the top end of this range within 12 months of hire. The starting rate may be adjusted based on individual skills, experience, and qualifications.
