Warehouse Associate

Primary functions include receiving, labeling, storing incoming shipments, assessing stock for damages, keeping concise inventory records, and accurately filling customer orders.

• Receiving, processing, labeling, and storing incoming stock
• Maintaining clear records on all inventory and stock
• Inspecting all stock for damages and keeping records of damages
• Organizing the warehouse space
• Preparing orders for shipment
• Operating stock management tools; e.g., forklift, pallet jack
• Counting stock and keeping inventory records
• Any other duties as assigned

• Basic understanding of records, inventories, and routine documentation used in warehouse
• Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills
• Hard working
• Drug screening will be required

Must be able to complete various activities in the warehouse that may require hours of lifting, standing, and carrying, including moving up to 50 pounds at a time.

High School diploma or equivalent required; 1+ years of warehouse experience; forklift driver’s certification preferred.

Work environment includes office and warehouse settings; occasional periods of standing or sitting for extended periods; required wearing of appropriate PPE; exposure to hot/cold weather and loud noises in a warehouse environment; frequent computer and telephone use; frequent communication with people throughout the day.
